For the exterior façade, Installtec is installing a full EIFS system featuring Dryvit’s Custom Brick finish. This system delivers the aesthetic of traditional masonry with a fraction of the weight, cost, and installation time. Installtec also completed the spray-applied fireproofing for the building’s roof system using Isolatek’s CAFCO 300 AC, a premium product designed for exterior/intermittent exposure conditions. This application provides the required 1-hour fire-resistance rating for the roof assembly, ensuring safety, durability, and long-term performance.
